FetchRev is building a kick-ass team of marketing operatives and customer success specialists to join our growing tech startup in Tempe, Arizona.

Our Customer Success Team, known as ‘Seal Team Fetch’, because of our Service, Expertise, Attitude and Leadership qualities are the best of the best.  We’re a small team of highly trained and specialized individuals that have only one mission – taking care of our customers and their businesses.  We do what no other team does, help them make money over and over again and have a blast doing it!

Who You Are: Real customer success comes from the heart which means you have a passion for helping people and treat their success as your own. You want to be part of building a young tech start-up, are constantly looking for better ways to do things, are tech savvy and you know how to get sh#t done!  You are relentless about making sure customers get the best service and the most value out of their marketing dollars. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, you know that you are part of a team and will do whatever it takes to make sure the team succeeds and that no one is ever left behind.

What You Would Do:  The Customer Success Manager at FetchRev serves as a marketing expert for our clients and you want to be the best at it – every day.  You’ll spend the majority of your time on the phone with customers delivering rock-star service while on-boarding them onto our custom software platform, sharing digital marketing best practices and insights,  and strategizing with them on their next campaign while solving any problems that come up along the way.

When not on the phone, you’ll be working with the team to improve internal processes, helping other teams like Sales and Engineering with special projects and always looking for new ways to surprise and amaze our customers.  But don’t think it’s all work and no play!  Bonus activities include the ability to wield a nerf gun or table tennis paddle, taking part in our monthly fitness challenges, hanging out with the office dogs or enjoying conversations around all things sports/geek/pop culture around the kitchen espresso machine.

Preferred Experience: Applicants must have a 4-year degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience. If any of the following describe you we’d love to talk:

  • You know a bit about marketing or have a strong desire to learn.
  • You have content marketing, social media management or copywriting experience.
  • You’ve spent time in either a service or support role.
  • You’ve spent time in an account management role.
  • You’ve worked with small business owners in the past and want to work closely with them again.
  • You’ve worked in a SaaS company in the past.
